Paid Search Specialist

If paid search campaigns are your love language – we want to hear from you!

Our digital marketing team is in search of a seasoned, full-time Paid Search Specialist. This individual should feel right at home in the depths of Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook (Meta) Business Manager, and really anything that requires knowing how and when to optimize bidding strategies. In this role, you’ll be tasked with setting up conversion goals, action sets, Meta Pixels, and helping our strategists identify opportunities to maximize ad spend on all paid search avenues. Also, being a Central Ohio local is a must – we do not and will not outsource. Ever.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of paid search experience
  • Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Thorough understanding of how to setup, create, and manage PPC campaigns
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Moz, Semrush, or Google’s Keyword Planner.
  • Copywriting skills are a plus.
  • Google Tag Manager experience preferred, but not required.
