Paid Search Specialist

Our digital marketing team is in search of a seasoned, full-time Paid Search Specialist. This individual should feel right at home in the depths of Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook (Meta) Business Manager, and really anything that requires knowing how and when to optimize bidding strategies. In this role, you’ll be tasked with setting up conversion goals, action sets, Meta Pixels, and helping our strategists identify opportunities to maximize ad spend on all paid search avenues.

Your daily responsibilities will vary depending on the life stage of campaigns and client needs. A few consistencies this position has includes:

  • Setting up ad accounts on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Creating and testing conversion goals in Google Analytics
  • Installing Meta Pixels and setting up events through Event Manager
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns via paid advertising
  • Advise appropriate ad spend to support marketing objectives
  • Identifying different paid search opportunities for clients based on their niche/industry
  • Sustaining positive ROI by ensuring paid ads are high in quality and as low as possible (within reason)
  • Brainstorm with strategists to come up with fresh content we can promote in paid campaigns
  • Use analytics to suggest campaign adaptations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of paid search experience
  • Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Bonus points if you have experience in G4 Analytics
  • Thorough understanding of how to setup, create, and manage PPC campaigns
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Moz, Semrush, or Google’s Keyword Planner.
  • Copywriting skills are a plus.
  • Google Tag Manager experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must live in the Greater Columbus Area and be willing to commute to our Dublin HQ.
