Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field) from a four-year college or university is preferred, and 3-5+ years of previous marketing, account management, business development, or consulting experience is required.
• Previous experience at a marketing or digital agency with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is required.
• Experience and exposure in working with strategy, creative and development teams.
• Solid presentation and communication skills are critical—demonstrated ability to communicate with business and department leaders in various industries.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized, great listener and translator of inputs from clients.
• The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual willing to multi-task — the ability to work on various projects independently or within a team structure. Our digital marketing team is in search of a seasoned, full-time Paid Search Specialist. This individual should feel right at home in the depths of Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook (Meta) Business Manager, and really anything that requires knowing how and when to optimize bidding strategies. In this role, you’ll be tasked with setting up conversion goals, action sets, Meta Pixels, and helping our strategists identify opportunities to maximize ad spend on all paid search avenues. Requirements:

• 2+ years of paid search experience
• Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Thorough understanding of how to setup, create, and manage PPC campaigns
• Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
• Experience with keyword research tools such as Moz, Semrush, or Google’s Keyword Planner.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
• Google Tag Manager experience preferred, but not required.
