Creating a Website That Gives Back to Our Educators

When the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio came to ForeFront Web, they had one colossal concern: getting the right audience to the right content right away. SERS serves three primary demographics of people with very different needs looking for different information. From people who are actively looking to invest in their retirement plans and retirees who need to understand and access their benefits to the employers offering benefits: the SERS website had to serve them all equally. We implemented user experience strategies across the site to guide everyone precisely where they need to go. With dedicated dropdowns and visual cues and making the site ADA compliant, we upgraded the SERS site so they can best serve our past and present educators and school personnel.
