Digital Marketing Project Manager
Our digital marketing team is on the lookout for a skilled, full-time Digital Marketing Project Manager. This role demands someone who thrives in orchestrating complex campaigns, managing timelines, and leading cross-functional teams. You should be adept at using project management tools, analyzing campaign performance data, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project scopes, allocating resources, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing processes for efficiency. Being a Central Ohio local is essential as this is not a remote position.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field) from a four-year college or university is preferred, and 3-5+ years of previous marketing, account management, business development, or consulting experience is required.
- Previous experience at a marketing or digital agency with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is required.
- Experience and exposure in working with strategy, creative and development teams.
- Solid presentation and communication skills are critical, demonstrated ability to communicate with business and department leaders in various industries.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, great listener and translator of inputs from clients.
- The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual willing to multi-task, the ability to work on various projects independently or within a team structure. Possession of excellent writing and communication skills is essential. Follow-through and responsiveness are also critically important.
- Essential to have a passion and desire to improve work style and productivity continuously. Demonstrated leadership, organization, and planning skills.
- Comfort in working in a small company atmosphere with a fast pace.
