Cooper Properties has been managing rental properties in Columbus, primarily around the Ohio State University campus, for more than 30 years. They have a business model that works, and they needed their website to work better and to better spotlight what they do. We reconfigured things to make it easier for visitors to find the information they need, whether that be property searches for prospective tenants or maintenance requests for current tenants, and to make it easier for the company to update sections and feature properties. We also boosted the SEO power of the site, worked to emphasize areas of the company’s business that were neglected on the old site and gave the look a major overhaul, making it much more inviting. The result: a better-looking, better-functioning web presence that holds much more appeal for those property seekers who find it.
